预订须知 Reservation Policy

·我们会在您到达餐厅之前准备好相应食材,所以如果您用餐当天希望更改套餐,非常抱歉我们无法做到。如果您有任何需要调整的细节,请提前一天以上和我们联络。
We prepare your menu before your visit. Please note that we cannot accept change of your menu on the arrival date. Please notify us changes by the previous day.


·我们会在您到店用餐之前,提前收取30%您所选套餐的金额作为定金,定金收取后不予退还。我们会提前至少两天的时间开始为您准备食材,为了避免食材的浪费,以及出于对食材的尊重,我们希望您的预订如果有任何变动,请一定及时联络我们。
Before you visit the restaurant for dinner, we will charge 30% of course rate for per person, deposit will not be returned after collection. We start to make preparations for your menu from at least 2 days before you visit. We’d like to treat all of producer’s sentiments, please let us know as soon as possible the cancellation or change of booking is needed.


·如果您通过电子邮件预订后,2天内没有得到我们的回复,请通过电话与我们联系。
In the case that you cannot find our reply within 3 days after your application through email, please contact us by phone.


·账单以人民币结算并附加10%的服务费。
All prices are in RMB and subjected to 10% service charge.


·接受VISA和Master信用卡。
VISA and Master credit cards accepted.


·餐厅禁烟。
All seats are non-smoking.


·餐厅不接待10岁以下的小客人。
Guests should be over 10 years old.


·餐厅不允许宠物入内(导盲犬除外)。
No pets allowed (except for guide dog).

CAN I MAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

如果仅仅用于私人使用,是可以的,当然闪光灯是绝对不能使用的,也不可以因为拍摄打扰到其他客人。
Yes, for your personal and private use. Do not disturb other guests, and we discourage the use of flash.


用餐时间需要多久?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EAT?

在1小时30分至2小时30分之间。如果客人需要到室外吸烟,请提前告知我们的服务人员,我们会暂停上菜直到您回到座位继续用餐。
Between 1.30 and 2.30 hours. We suggest that if they are smokers, they agree to the pauses to be carried out with the room.


我对某些食物过敏或不耐受,有其他选择吗?
I AM ALLERGIC, CELIACY OR INTOLERANT TO SOME PRODUCTS ARE THERE ANY ALTERNATIVES?

我们会尽量根据您的要求去调整菜单,但是您必须事先通过网络或电话与我们进行沟通。

有没有不含海鲜、单点或其他选择的菜单?
ARE THERE MENUS WITHOUT SEAFOOD, A LA CARTE OR OTHER OPTIONS?

如果您希望选择不含海鲜、鱼类的套餐,素食或减少份量的套餐,又或者想要单点,可以和我们提前沟通,或者试试其他不错的餐厅。
If you prefer to choose a menu without seafood, fish, vegetarian, vegan, children’s menu or reduced, communicate us in advance through the web or telephone, or we suggest you decline your reservation and visit other restaurants.
